QR Codes at the Franchise Services President’s Council

I had the privilege of attending the Franchise Services President’s Council earlier this month (April 8th through the 10th). Along with enjoying my first trip to New Orleans, I also had the opportunity to speak on the topic of QR Codes.

During the overnight hours of April 9th, the Franchise Services’ staff replaced all of the name badges for the attendees in the main auditorium.

Yep, the new badges all contained QR Codes!

Upon scanning the codes, people were directed to their corporate website. I thought this was a great way to help create a bit of excitement among the attendees. It also helped provide an example for people to try scanning while I was presenting my content on the topic.
